House rules
ARRIVAL
We live on other location and need your exact time of arrival in advance to avoid waiting and extra charges.
Check in: 3 PM - 7 PM Check out: -11h Late check-in, if agreed in advance, is charged 10 euro/each hour after 7 PM. Check-in is not possible after 10 PM
CHILDREN
Our apartment doesn't meet child safety requirements and our guests must be at least 10 y.o. Sorry :(
GUESTS REGISTRATION
According to Croatian low every guest has to show his photo ID at the arrival and has to be registered.
VISITORS AND PARTIES
Only registered guests are allowed to use the apartment day and night. Visitors and parties are not allowed.
PETS
Adult and well behaved dogs are welcome but extra cleaning fee will apply. Number of dogs are limited. Please contact us before booking for all the informations.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGES
Security deposit is mandatory for new guests and will be refunded after the inspection.
FORBIDDEN:
- to light the candles- to use your own appliances such as oven, heaters etc...
- Smoking inside
OTHER
If you have any question for a house matter, if something doesn't work well or something went wrong, please communicate with us timely, so that we find a solution together
Quiet time is from 22 - 8 h
